Before We Arrive
- Clear the area completely – remove all vehicles, furniture, and stored items
- Sweep or vacuum to remove loose dirt and debris
- Ensure no water or moisture are present on the surface at least 24 hours prior to install.
- Identify any areas of concern (cracks, stains, damage)
- Ensure we have clear access to water and electricity
- Remove any rugs, mats, or floor coverings
- Alert us to any pets that may need to be secured
During Installation
- Keep the area off-limits to pets and children
- Maintain good ventilation if working indoors
- Expect some noise and odor during application
- Feel free to check in, but avoid walking on wet coating
- Our team will update you on progress throughout the day
After Completion
- Allow 24 hours before light foot traffic
- Wait 48 hours before parking vehicles or heavy items
- Full cure takes 7 days – use caution during this time
- Follow the care instructions we provide
- Don’t wash or clean for the first 7 days
- Contact us immediately if you notice any issues
